TOWNEPLACE HOTEL

This hotel project is planned to span six stories and will be constructed on a 40,000-square-foot plot of land. The total gross floor area, including underground parking facilities, is estimated to be around 100,000 square feet. It will be situated on Highway 97, opposite the Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna. The hotel's value proposition is unparalleled. It offers modern, spacious suites with full kitchens, home offices, and expansive public areas. This unique combination of comfort, functionality, and affordability will appeal to long-term travellers. Amenities include a lobby, indoor pool, fitness center, meeting room, and top-floor patio. The hotel will host 116 suites, including VIP suites on the sixth floor, with panoramic windows offering stunning views of Kelowna.

Throughout the design phase, careful consideration was given to the safety of building occupants and environmental aspects such as façade design, window location and size, and building envelope assemblies. The lobby areas will have a clear arrival concept, integrating spaces for extended-stay guests. The design comprises interconnected spaces aligned with the project's interior design theme. The lobby will serve as the welcome and departure hub, offering views to key public spaces, including the Welcome Desk, Hub, and Community (Breakfast Area).
