The dual-branded Fairfield / TownePlace hotel will be part of an area that includes three projects: a hotel, 40 units of residential apartments, and two restaurants. All of these projects will be designed by IBA Architecture Inc.

This hotel project is planned to span six stories and will be constructed on a 40,000-square-foot plot of land. The total gross floor area, including underground parking facilities, is estimated to be around 100,000 square feet. It will be situated on Highway 97, opposite the Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna. The hotel's value proposition is unparalleled. It offers modern, spacious suites with full kitchens, home offices, and expansive public areas. This unique combination of comfort, functionality, and affordability will appeal to long-term travellers. Amenities include a lobby, indoor pool, fitness center, meeting room, and top-floor patio. The hotel will host 116 suites, including VIP suites on the sixth floor, with panoramic windows offering stunning views of Kelowna.

This is a housing development located in Kelowna, consisting of two buildings with a total of seven townhomes. The exteriors are a mix of James Hardie panels, shingles, and stucco, with a clean and simple design featuring gable roofs. Each unit has its own balcony, and most have private patios enclosed by a fence. The balconies are set into the buildings, offering residents a secluded outdoor space. The project has been submitted for DP and construction is planned to commence in 2024.

It will be located on Highway 97 in Kelowna, British Columbia. Although it takes inspiration from nature, its architectural design is futuristic. The hotel has 137 rooms spread over six floors, serving a lively destination for locals and tourists alike. The lobby's design is warm and welcoming, with an open layout and strategically placed furniture to create different zones. A grand staircase leads to the mezzanine level, which boasts over 2,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, a reading room, and VIP seating areas. The Aloft Hotel brand's guest rooms and suites occupy floors two through six. At the rooftop, guests can enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the city.
